How Do We Handle Inactives?

Every day the GM will check to see if there are any members that have been inactive for 28 days. They would then recieve a parcel that explains why they were removed and how they can rejoin. We understand that problems, vacation or reponsibilities may prevent someone from playing TERA. So what's the point of removing any members at all if you can just let them rejoin?

There are 2 reasons!

1, The maximum capacity for a guild is 300 members. An inactive members means that's one less spot for a potential active player.

2. Keeping up with this daily task allows us to take care better care of our members. Since a parcel is sent to every inactive member before removal, it becomes time consuming if this list of members expands. This mundane task becomes longer with each day and we want to ensure that each member receives the same value of care.

How Do I Prevent Myself From Getting Removed?

1. Login within 28 days!

2. If you have multiple characters, make sure you make a note of that in the guild! [Tutorial]

--- If  you have another character that's active, that character will recieve a parcel with a reminder to log into your soon-to-be-removed alt

3. If you know you'll be away for a few weeks, send a parcel to the GM or mention that in your guild note box.
